UBS: Innovation Leadership Development
UBS is a global investment bank and financial services company founded and based in Switzerland. As part of their ongoing leadership and development programmes, UBS Group Finance were looking for an expert innovation partner to run sessions as part of their leadership programmes as well as speaking at and participating in their annual Innovation Week with up to 2,500 people globally. The purpose was to inform the future development and practice across the group in future, and to influence the leadership capabilities and culture to embrace more innovative and entrepreneurial ways of working.
The Brief
What we did
Liminal have worked closely with UBS over the last few years on a range of different innovation programmes and challenges, looking to identify, create and foster skills and opportunities for innovation both inside and outside of the business. Most recently we have supported UBS’s annual Innovation Week initiative via a variety of online and offline activities, including through the design and delivery of innovation leadership development sessions, expert on online interview and Q&A sessions. The feedback from participants has been that we provided an exceptional experience and deep insights into the challenges and opportunities for entrepreneurship and innovation in a rapidly changing world.
